need a little advice, I did a little mistake and put eggs in my incubator for the first time at different days from 5/3 to 5/12 I believe. I didn't know how long you could leave eggs to sit to collect more so I just put them in the incubator. Now I have a few of the eggs showing signs of life. The incubator is just a few degrees under 99.5. When should I expect the first eggs to hatch with the lower temp, also the incubator has an egg turner, how should I work around lockdown and having to turn the other eggs? Also I have other eggs in the bator that did not turn out to be fertile from the hens I just got, thinking they might have gotten some contact with their previous roo, but it was not so. Should I take these eggs out?

Are you using an LG? With mine, I took the turner out and removed all the trays but the 2 outer ones. That left a gap in the middle to put the ones that were ready to hatch.
As far as space went it worked fine. The hatched chicks even crawled over the eggs in the trays to rest between the wall and tray and they would climb back over with ease.
I'm not sure of the effect of overlapping the different humidity levels but space wasn't an issue.

We have a ban on Sponge Bob for the GS. Many cartoons are not really made for kids these days.
Weather is crazy this morning.

I agree, but the great thing is, they don't even understand that it is over their head. I grew up watching Simpsons, NEVER understood why my parents hated it, until I was an adult. Now I get it, but back then, nope
