I like to keep the skin on their feathers come off really easy no need to dunk in boiling water. The skin gets a nice crispy texture when cooked. Good goodness I'm getting hungry now lol

Oh i cant wait! Thanks for the breast info. Do you just skin these guys? I never heard anything regarding quail plucking...?
