Its not a tart jelly, like mustang grape, which I also love. Its very mild and sweet, and a wholly different flavor. It does take twice the pectin and an extra three cups of sugar to set (and like 12 hrs of sitting in the jars, I panicked the first time I made it), and the peeling and such is a pain in the butt, but it is worth it, especially with the price of produce!!
