Your pix made me wonder of how cow withstand the freezing weather of 30F cold rain. Do farmers need to provide any extra protection for their cows in winter ??

My new huge cage about to finish, can't wait.

We are looking to start our flock and didn't know if anyone had extra hens.........layers preferably....don't know enough to even know what "breeds" we at this point don't care what kinds.....we just want some new pets running around the yard! Hi there! I'm right next to you in Nederland. Have you checked Southeasttexas.com? Sometimes they have older hens for sale. i saw a couple of blue oprington hens for sale in Orange I think recently.

I'm looking to get buff orpingtons for my backyard but I think I'm gonna end up with chicks so my son can hand rear them. Not really wild abouthaving to brood them but he feed store orders any breed you want and no minimum orders.

I wouldn't mind knowing anyone local that has orpingtons and would sell older 2 month old chicks
