Texas

I found Tractor Supply to have the best price on most wire.

I checked TSC. They do have good prices, but they don't carry the 48"x10'. The only place I've found that size is Atwoods. Right now they're out of stock.
Good Morning Fellow Texans!!

It is reading 38 degrees out and the wind is brisk.

Have a wonderful day!!

Lisa :)
Morning!

32 degrees here.

Stay warm!

If the treats you are giving are things like leftovers with a variety of fruits/veggies/meat/etc like we eat, then that probably is just fine.  It's when people start throwing out TONS of scratch every day, or a ton of one kind of thing like sunflower seeds, that you can see a problem with things like getting too fat and not laying, having a fatty liver, or having a vitamin deficiency.  Remember, chickens way-back-when ate mostly foraged food along with kitchen scraps/leftovers that didn't go to the hogs, and spilled feed/grasses from larger livestock - they didn't have manufactured feeds.  So well-rounded leftovers shouldn't be a problem unless it's the same thing every single day.

That's good to know. I don't have scratch or corn. Everything they get as far as treats are concerned is strictly leftovers. From the kitchen!! And from my schools cafeteria!! Now, just patiently waiting for them to start laying

Good morning Lisa! I'm still in bed, just because I can! Only 6 more days of this luxury. And yuck to the weather. I hear the worst is yet to come.

Enjoy your time off! I have my husband until Thursday!!

Lisa :)

It's 28* here. 38* sounds pretty good right now. ;)

Tomorrow and Wednesday are looking pretty good for highs. Actually the rest of the week really isn't that bad. I can get my chairs painted. :)

Hope everyone has a great day! Just two days left of 2013. Wow, where did the year go?

They play at 5:45 this afternoon...not that anyone cares!

The only game really important is the Fiesta Bowl in which Baylor plays!!!!!
