I knew not to go to Atwoods today cause I came home with thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. Picked up 2 white broad breasted turkeys.

Have you looked on Craig's list? I was thinking I would have to order all mine or get them from the feed stores until I was able to find all but one I want (haven't looked yet) from local breeders.Anyone in the Lubbock area want to go in on TS chicks?
I will probably end up getting more than the requisite six, but I don't want all of them the same breed. TS spaces out their "specialty" chick shipments, and don't know what they are getting until that morning. Some of the specialties can go quick (i.e. the minorcas they got Tuesday were gone in about a day). I'm looking for a couple here, and couple there. Is there anyone that may want to do the same thing, and we could cooperate and get a better diverse selection without having to get 24-36 chicks to accomplish it?
I'm going to use the ADOR1. It opens at dawn and closes at dusk using a photosensor.

Ja jean i fed some of the coyote creek feed. i found the quality to be good . i was working out there so i just picked it up at the mill so very fresh i liked it . a bit pricey though .I'm going to be trying Coyote Creek feed. They designed a "breeder" formula when I asked them about it earlier this week. There web site is:

Has anyone fed their feed before?
In the past, I've used Texas Natural, non GMO, non soy.
I wanted something that is good for everyone, including the roosters.
