Texas

The chicks are doing great. Just lost the one the others are eating me out of house and home. Outside the 2 EE roosters got into a fight yesterday and the low one in the picking got hurt had to put him into a cage. The back of his head was very bad and bleeding so I dr him and put him in a cage but he wants back in the coop. Poor bird does not stand a chance to get on top of the other rooster. Guess I will ether get him his own girls or he may go to freezer camp. Only problem there is he is a bantam will be more of a snack the a meal.

Cute pics.

I don't have fibromyalgia but I knew someone who did (an X's mother) and I learned about it college. It's very hard to deal with and I am so sorry you have to.

How's Charlie doing?

Charlie is doing fine, only knows of sleeping and waking up drinking milk again. My wife just sent me this Kodak moment when Charlie laughing for playing with powder. Don't try this at home; it will give you gray hair.

You need to be careful with talk powder and babies it goes in to the lungs and can cause serious health problems, I recommend that you take this very serious , get your baby checked, and never allow this to happen.

Sorry the pedi care came out in me! I work at Texas children's hospital!

So yesterday I fenced off my rose garden from the chickens, ducks, and geese because they pulled roots up, broke branches and made a great big mess. I forgot the ducks were laying back there. This morning they were very upset that they couldn't get back there. So I used the dog crate as a nest box idea as an emergency laying nest. I think they actually like it better than the spot they were using. Daisy has already laid, Ivory is currently in there (she hasn't laid yet since moving here) and Ebony is waiting right outside the box. In addition Howard is right in front of the box almost like he is guarding it, lol.

So thanks for the great idea!
