1st wing clipping went as smooth as I'd hoped it would. My husband held the ladies while I clipped, and my daughter kept them calm with strawberries while we worked. Clipped both wings on all 5 of our pullets...hopefully no one will jump the 8ft fence & perch in our neighbors' tree (or worse).

I think you are only supposed to clip one wing, not both!! The idea is to keep them off balance!! David

You can clip both. If you think about it, if they can't fly at all, they will give up on trying!!LOL

Building cabinets is an art in and of itself!!! I am jealous. I can build decks, fences storage sheds but cabinets are way out of my league!!

I have been a cabinetmaker for 35+ years. I had my own shop from 1998 to 2011. Couldn't compete in the end. Too many illegals under-bidding me. What I told you before, is what I do now, and am happy.

They can, but not as high. They will try,but to no avail, as far as how high they want to go. after a while they will give up.
