Yeah, just my luck. But, from the way you describe them, they sound like they were Americaunas not EEs. EEs lay a big beautiful blue egg, very seldom green. I may be wrong on this, but I am pretty sure. I did see quite a few Americaunas there. My wife was with me and she is trying to talk me into some Lavender Orpingtons. I think she got bit by the "chicken bug" while we were there. LOL. I am going to research the LOs and maybe change my mind about th EEs or just get 2 of each.

THanks. She is twice the size of my 13 week old girls and is younger. They are big birds though. She even has feathers on her legs. Been googeling the breed, pretty interesting!
