Does anyone on this list have (or know of someone with) high quality pure Black English Orpingtons in Texas.... I am in search of an top notch breeding rooster.....need him very badly but would very much like to find a breeding pair or trio. They must be pure black, no BBS breeding.

I am located in deep East Texas but am willing to pick up rather than ship if it's feasible. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much.

I volunteer and foster for the local county animal shelter. No shortage of unwanted puppies in the world. Wish more people would spay/neuter!

Ken, I honestly don't know her breed, but she's not that. Some guy well giving her and her 8 siblings away. Her gums are as pale white as a dead dog, fleas, thin, and a sore on her back. She wont leave till she is all healthy or 6 weeks old. She was given a dawn bath for fleas, gotten veterycin on her sore, and will get her first set of shots at 6 weeks

Pale gums are usually a sign of round worms. If not treated properly, they will kill her. Had a dog die from that. Also could mean a bad tapeworm problem, seeing the flea problem. Don't really need another dog, but if my wife finds our about this, she will want to rescue the mutt. We love animals and don't want to see them harmed, but really can't afford to take another one on, that will not earn it's keep. I will ask around, and see if someone will be willing to take her on. That is the best I can do. Please give her some loving for me. If there is anything else I can do, just let me know. God Bless.
