OK!!  I feel violated. I have been shaking things I didn't know I had, for the last 30 minutes, and they all hurt!! I love y'all, but I have to go and put some salve in places too personal to mention. So, I am going to go do that, and go to bed, try to recover.Goodnight and God Bless!!

Thanks. I have a feeling I am going to need it. I don't know where I'd get a good healthy Roo from. I am worried about bio security so I have to be careful where I get 1 from. And I do NOT want to brood more chicks right now. I'd need a chick at least off heat, but preferably older or close in age to my 16 week old pullets. Just not with the attitudes the SLWs and RIR that I just served for dinner had. Those guys were viscious and hurt my ladies. First 1 of the SLWs poked my hen's eye, then the RIR grabbed my 5 week old gosling and tried to mate her, twice! no, I need a good solid Roo for my girls, not phsycos. Just don't know where too look.

hello texans i listen a lot on here dont post too much just wanted to put up a pic or two i got my silver campines from sandhill preseveration hatchey yesterday and my extras were interesting also some cubalayas, buff laced polish and silver kraienkoppes...i also have heritage reds and got some welsummers and black copper marans..and during all the celebrations this weekend remember our vets who bought our freedom at a great price all gave some and some gave all ....my most humble thankyou..

OK, why is nobody joining in the dance?? This is Memorial Day Weekend. We should be remembering our Vets and celebrating the freedom they fought and died for!! They would want us to celebrate this and not be sad. They would want us to know that their sacrifice was for something worthwhile!! Let's not let bthem down!!

i hear ya the only reason i agreed to adopt the bantam hen\rooster pair i have now is because my flock was missing a rooster. I was so spoiled to seeing how my grams roosters treated their ladys that i thought all roosters acted like little gentlemen little did i know.

. I wish this rooster i have now came with a warning sign. In the 6 weeks i have had him he has done nothing but attack my hen non stop he wouldn't even let her eat or drink if i'm not holding him pecking order is one thing but it doesn't happen every hour of everyday!! I need to eathier cull him or find him a new home because this is insane! I refuse to loose one of my chickens to another one of my chickens!

Well sorry I'm late but to the vets thank you for all the crap you went through in the name of freedom. I will never forget memorial day because it is the day i was born and because i always get a red\white\and blue birthday cake but mostly because my favorite uncle is still alive and kicking after several tours in multiple wars and get finally gets a break welcome home for good uncle Mario
