Oh by the way I am probably repeatiny myself. Buy a darn Jeep Wrangler we have already had 2 accicents and the dang thing looks new as heck. Just so you know one of those accidents was a Dodge 1500 that no longer has functional passenger doors. The Jeep doesn't even have a scratch that I can see. Just saying Jeeps are BOSS! My Jeep ate that Dodge is all I can say.
Don't text and drive!

I'm glad you are ok.

We never even bother bringing phones. The problem is the other folks. Regardless my Jeep looks showroom new and the other cars just look sad. I remember my wife thinking she wrecked our brand new Jeep. Nope it just ate another car for lunch! Looking back on it it was kinda cute my wife thought she wrecked our new car.

Please be respectful of Jeeps, they will put a serious hurt on you. Steel>Aluminum. Please don't underestimate these things. Also I hate destroying your car.

The rainwater collection rules have changed, there was a law passed a few years back that now forces HOA's to allow it.
I don't know the name of that specific bill off hand but I will be more than happy to look it up in a little bit.

The rooster.
How long has he been living on the streets?
Maybe everyone is used to hearing him already and won't complain?
Oh wow, that’s cool! I didn’t know it changed! Well I only brought that up as an example to demonstrate why I think it’s highly likely that farm animals are not allowed.

Roo has been here for a couple of months at least. Who knows before that???

I don’t know if people have complained or not, but clearly, if they have, the HOA either can’t or won’t do anything about it. This is a neighborhood where cars get towed if they are parked on the street where they don’t belong, so, I can’t imagine that nobody has complained? So strange.

Well one person for sure complains ALL. THE. TIME. To me. My partner! He hates roo! He hates being woke up at dark o’clock or having to wear earplugs.

I love roo's and cannot wait until he starts crowing. I hope this one won't be an ass though. If anyone complains about my roo nobody will care. I am so sorry to hear you live in a HOA area. We chose to avoid those.

Heck I am pretty sure I can sit outside naked picking my nose and noobody could call the cops on me.

Some of my priorities when we were when I was searching for a house:

- no HOA
- no city limits
- no neighbors in sight
-fenced property

We ended up in a "neighborhood" of 5-10 acres tracts established in the 90s so plenty of mature trees and other vegetation to provide visual barriers yet there are enough people around to satisfy the social nature of my husband.I personally can go a very long time with no human interaction but he actually calls people on the phone and hangs out with people to chit chat :sick.

Totally feel you here:
- no HOA
- no city limits
- no neighbors in sight
-fenced property

BTW we just had a dog "fixed" now I think she is brain damaged. She isn't leaving me alone. It is a shame because I paid the vet $200 for this service and I wanted it done right.I really think https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chlorhexidine gas is inhumane. I think my vet forgot that. If you ever see a pet gassed with that stuff you will never forget it.

Seriously, it is like watching them drown before they go out.

Chlorhexidine is an extremely common topical antiseptic. You don’t “gas” animals with it. I thought you said your vet was an amazing trustworthy Aggie.

I do love my vet, and yes I trust that Aggie. My wife is telling me I am wrong, so I imagine I am wrong. My wife says our vet knows better than to gas our dogs with chlorhexadine. All I can say is the dog is acting brain damaged after getting fixed. She is just stuck to me and isn't letting me even go to the bathroom in peace. That is how she rolls.

How long has it been since the surgery?

Last Tuesday. Probably just a hormonal thing but she has turned retarted. In a @RUNuts or @AllenK RGV kind of way! I know what you are thinking, those unfortunate ladies have to live with us. Actually they don't have to but they do tolerate us somehow. Seriously, my wife deserves to be sainted.
