Texas

Shoot I woke up early this morning. I finally feel strong enough again to eat breakfast tacos. Expect me to be incapacitated within 2 hours time from the pain as I can't pass on Salsa Verde.
Oh well I am watching the clock as my tacoria opens at 6AM. There is plenty of "Mexicoke" in the fridge at least of Coca a la mehicano down here they sell it in the 2.5liter bottles.
Aahh, the Texas breakfast of champions! my favorite is Carne Guisada and a few cups of Cafe de Olla coffee. :love

I usually get whole pepper corns at a Mexican grocery store near me. If I make a trip into SA, I'll stop at the World Market and pick up some along with other things you can't get at HEB.
ETA - I'm not poo-pooing your choice in pepper, it's ok but I like 'fresh ground' pepper, has more flavor than pepper pre-ground and in a tin for who knows how long. Personal preferences, that's why they have horse races.

:pop Waiting out of curiosity as I thought HEB had the best pepper in the world. I also cannot wait to try fiesta brand pepper now I am so happy I shared my newbieness!

But packaging photos would be appreciated, as there are several Mexican Groceries near me.

Yeah. I can imagine that...and some probable more 'Mexican' than others....I mean that in a good way, more traditional Mexican items available. When I get a chance I'll take and post pics.

Yes in TX I can't imagine people think it is derogative. I go to the Thai stores as well the split mung beans make the best soup bases.

Yep, here's a few pics, I also use Bolner's Fiesta brand products. I don't have a package of the other pepper corns I usually buy, when I get some more I'll post a pic. El Venado is good stuff.
