Texas

Ahhh. also keeps mosquitos away. Looked up your town. I thought I lived in nowhere but you have me beat. Not stalking you I swear.
No worries I looked up Magnolia as well. Just I recognized the historic name but being Texan I had to know exactly where it was!

Close enough to Houston to enjoy the city occasional y but far enough away to have some acerage. And lots of wild life, who if they had opposable thumbs could write about the duck buffet.
It is cool as heck though as my wife and I passed a come and take it flag yesterday. A total reference to Gonzales, Tx. Yep, I am a history nerd.

You should come here and visit the train depot. Plus as a history nerd, Montgomery is just 25 miles away.
I'm sorry but HOU traffic is something I try to get through as fast as possible. I will never travel that far north again. The last time I was there was to pickup DW from the airport. I can youtube the rest. Thank you for the invite regardless.

You can get here without going to Houston but you have to go to Austin which is worse. Do you have grapefruit?
Nope just navel oranges, limes and lemon. There are grapefruit grown here though. I could just take 59 up and bypass off of that traffic. You would only see me stopping back in Austin for happy hour.

I thought you were in the valley or close.
Yep I am in the deepest part of the valley. We almost live at SPI but decided 24ft above sea level might be safer. It is nice living somewhere you can't blame traffic for being late to an appointment.
