We just use a regular old blender for our smoothies. Juicers probably keep the fiber. I will admit I know nothing about those.

I want to be able to just get the juice out of the citrus but with the carpel tunnel it's too hard for me to do by hand. I got one you put the half of the fruit in and it cleans out the juice and pulp and leaves the skin behind.

Yes I need to get to HEB for that Orange shaped squeezer, I have the yellow and green one but my Navel oranges are coming into ripeness and won't fit the yellow one.

OK @RUNuts and @Kiki ya'll were right. It is time to build out that bachelor pad, at least this one will be easy as I had to cut the Sumatra off from the back half of their coop. They liked making nests back there and the ceiling is only 4ft high I got sick of that fast. A 50x75' run should suffice for them and we are culling out all the Cochin flavored cockerels(from the gene pool) and just keeping the two black silkie puff heads. I'll not be shaving bachelor heads in the future as those wusses only give alarm calls and do not attack me when I mess with hens anyway so pretty useless twats.

Thankfully I have everything on hand to make the coop door for them, so will not need to spend a dime. They don't roost either all they need is poopy hay to huddle in. I do have to probably just glue the plastic parts together so the float valve waterer stops leaking but I have PVC glue to make that work right. I do need a new bale of hay or two though to have that done for the season.

I have the yellow one and it works great but my hands just can't take it.

On another topic...do you know where I can get wheat or barley grain in bulk around here?

For hay we just buy it from the local farmers here there is a spot I hit on 1575 north of 100, another on Ebony. Pretty much every podunk corner store has a bale of hay with a phone number on it to call. In 2017 when we moved here it was 3.50/bale but after Harvey hit it went up to 5/bale and has yet to go back down. Still not a big deal.

I have never seen either wheat or barley in the fields down here just the Sorghum which I think is the same thing as milo/millet. No clue on that one unless you can find a homebrew supply store as those are major beer making grains. Yes I used to make my own beer.
