Texas

Dude! That's a live deer. That means everything that orb got was "fast food"!
For sure that was a live deer, but I didn't want to take all of his images I chose the one that best showed the spider. This guy has amazing images usually of RGV birds and posts them often to one of our local RGV birding groups. The odds of catching that photo....mind blown. Honestly, first find a wild deer never happens for me. Nigali sure I can find one of those thanks to the King Ranch letting an invasive loose in Texas.

@Matejka I did an amazon search for 365nm flashlights and wow there were too many results to list. However, if you live somewhere like I do with those buggers always trying to invade the homestead get a few. Plus the 18650 lithium Ion batteries are good for power outages. We have tons of them laying about(18650)s my favorite are the 25r ones from Samsung. They are always charged and rechecked whenever a hurricane is close. But you will need to search for "mooch battery results" if you want to find the best 18650 battery for your requirements.

Thanks!

We even used our 18650's in our grow out pen to overnight our current crop of cockerel to keep them safe from wandering possum in their outdoor grow out pen. It worked they all lived and only needed the night light for around 3 weeks. We used a normal flashlight for them not the scorpion ones. Regardless they were good for 12+ hours of light.

Anyhow- Late Edit- Investing in these batteries and items is one of the few smart choices I have made in life. Power is out and a hurricane is on the doorstep is not a big deal if you have light and cold beer. Trust me my real evacuation plan is to go hang out in the VA parking garage and drink beer for a major hurricane. Then use my towing straps and electric chainsaw to get home Jeep(4x4)er.

T rex was emu like. I found this article interesting. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/d...ve-died-after-a-battle/ar-BB1b6Fb9?li=BBnb7Kz this explains Broodzilla perfectly the pets and DW do not like hearing that chicken is broody. Nobody wants a broodzilla attack. The Mallinois is our only one who still hasn't met her when she gets like that. For anybody not familiar with my broodzilla stories just imagine a chicken that attacks anything moving on her porch and you are current also should you choose to handle her bring serious protection.

Bruises? You have broodies too?
Nope.
Not broody just f##kin crazy birds
Just 4 pullets.
Just 4
They attacked me yesterday
Pink and gray fuzzy socks
I bent over to check waterer, they saw sovks and went crazy pecking and biting my feet. 2 on each foot
One grabbed sock and yanked
Pulled my foot out from under me
Down I went
I was rolling around in pasture fighting chickens and trying to get up/away
I'm sore today
Soaked in tib last night
Bruises on tops of feet

Sorry if this sounds bad. As I read this, I had an "almost Keystone cops" like visual play out in my mind's eye..
