Now, I recall a user who was in Austin that was trying to work with the state legislature and wasn't he also trying to update around the state statutes and county laws? That was ..... Geez, early spring/late winter IIRC?

@Kiki can you throw us a bone here? We might be able to help faster with a few hints?

I'll see what I can dig up on a quick "from the hip" search or two tonight while I'm making dinner.
