Texas

This was the first. But I have MANY now :) I wanna say at least 10? Idk they're causing havoc in there so I'm boosting humidity in the room so I can grab all the dry ones out.

Morning!
Beautiful day
50 and Chilly
I have been extremely busy working on yard. Planted 10 tomato, 6 okra and 6 cantaloupe.
2 abelia and 2 rosbushes.
Got 4 more rose yesterday, to plant today.
Rooting fig trimmings.
Mowed yard and weedeat yesterday.
Shredded part of pasture yesterday-partner will finish today.
Cleaned coop out
Baby chicks moved to dog crate and loving it.

Clean crate daily.
Swept and mopped kitchen/dining room. Utility room swept daily-thats where the kennel is. Leaves raked (again) and hauled to back pasture.

Last chick hatched today at like 4 am. Named it Erin. I think another female polish? But we'll see when they feather out a bit. My polish should be a sex linked pair with my males being lemons and my hens being silver laced. Just one of the pictures. The buffs are always isolating themselves and for some reason my buff laced polish thinks it's invited 🤣, it's mean to the polish tho, go figure.
Pollen is HORRID this morning. Nothing like waking up and feelinf like you've got covid again. Half considering using my inhaler before going back to sleep but then I probably won't sleep. 🙃
