Tastes green. Can't say I recommend it.
Of course, I don't like turnip greens either. Or boiled spinach.
The chickens are really fond of it and we have enough to keep them satisfied.
Is the Curly dock kind of sour if you chew the stems?
That's because plants are trying to kill you!
Lots of things eat plants, so they have built up, either resistance or toxins to keep you from exterminating them
Turnip greens or cooked greens of any kind, do not appeal to me. I'll pass.

I love curly leaf mustard greens, infact, that and pork chops and macaroni & cheese with cornbread is one of my favorite meals.
Mustard greens taste a whole lot better than spinach.
I will find out. I identified and tried it. That was enough.
That and all of it in the yard has chicken slobber on it. Bite here. Bit there. They try all of the plants.
