Just got back from the Yellow Rose Classic! It was great!!!

There was a good turnout of kids exhibiting. It was neat to see a little girl talking to her bantams, and a boy walking around with a giant goose under his arm.

This cracked me up:
An Indio Gigante cockerel taking advantage of his long neck to steal the Owlbeard’s food.

Wish I lived closer. Its hard enough to get to the Bluebonnet classic for me.

Any local Silkie breeders in Texas? I am looking to buy a BQ pullet or pair of Black Mottled (Silkie feathering) or a White (Dominant) pullet in early March or so. Need new lines for my breeding program. Pls lmk!
