Since we're all "wishing" really hard..... I'm wishing for a tropical storm!!!!! It's too bad the long range forecast kind of excludes rain and cooler temps.

But I think my grandma said it best - - "Wish in one hand and sh_ _ in the other and see which one fills up first.".

One can always hope can't they??

Yea you know its bad when you accually wish one of the tropical storms would come this direction! Then quietly state ....(just for the rain)!!!!

I feel so bad for them when they go to roost at night .. and they are all still open-mouth breathing and looking stressed. Dang. How much longer can they take this? I don't even care about the eggs (or lack of them) .. I just want my hoppin' around flappin' happy chickens again ..

I HATE, HATE, HATE!!! The HEATTTTT!!!!

Hi from Sabine Pass, TX. I just went on ebay and bought my chickens a water mister for $5.99. Total cost was $10.64 with shipping. I am really hating this heat.
