The little buggers are going broody on me - but if I get any eggs I ask for the cost of shipping only, not other money? I can make sure the eggs are shippable and send you some if you like? I havent been feeling well, so I havent been sending out eggs lately, but I need some motivation! Would you like me to check when I get home? aw, man, I am so glad we are in the city and have a chicken limit...otherwise i'd have myself from frizzle babies...and some silkies and about a million others. 2 years til we have our farm then I can go chicken-crazy!

They are growing bigger, and cuter!! The white one, who is starting to look like a boy, has real fine feathers. I think he might be part silkie...

Well, time sure does fly.. the little ones are just about 6 weeks old. Wow, 6 weeks.. yet they are still small and adorable. I love my little frizzys!
Here are updated pics.. the first one to hatch- and the first chick I have ever had that wil come up to me when others wont, and glady sleep in my lap..

Then we have this one. It used to be all silvery/black like the first hatched, but now shes getting brown in her neck ( and a nice hairdo.. LOL)

And the mille fleur- I love her coloring:

My non-frizzled frizzle.. who is starting to like me.. and is a very pretty color:

This one looked like a penguin for her first 4 weeks. Now she's getting some different coloring in. She almost looke like she is getting .. a muff, I think it's called? Feathers sticking out the side of the face under the eyes..

And last, but not least, the white one.. who is a boy.. and I think he might be the only boy. He's got major foot feathering, and is starting to get a poofy head: He's such a stinker- I have seen him jump up and kick other chicks. HE better not try to flog me LOL

Thank you so much! I have to say, my favorite is the frizzle Mille Fleur, she looks most like her daddy!! That is actually what my project is about, Frizzle Mille Fleur D'Uccle's, and I have other hens in there for fun....and now, the whole pen except one D'Uccle has gone broody! Every now and then, they hatch a little chick, and I put it in my brooder. (I let it go since Im not feeling well) But they've always been the other mothers chicks - not the D'Uccles? Then I found the D'Uccle on 9 of her own eggs, away from the rest!! I may have Mille Fleurs too!!

And later to everyone, when these girls get tired of laying around???? More where these came from!! Arent they soooo pretty? I like them too! Teeny puff ball eye candy!
