I go through spells that I can’t get enough salt.
Wife salts pickled pepperoncini (sp?) peppers. Had more than a few uneaten dinners our first year of marriage.

Update... Well, don't have any Tony's Creole magic.... But, a distant 2nd can do this as a side dish for the fish. There never really seems to be enough "beans" in the mix for my liking....

I'm leaning hard for a mix of y'all ideas....

[-*-] ghost chili salsa (marinade test on one filet)
[?] Either the coffee rub or the caribbean rub

I have 3-4 filets to cook up. What's it gonna hurt trying this & that on one or two?

we scooted out of the office about an hour early and mr muddy worked on leaves as much as he could with them being wet. then i did initial scrubbing on the bathroom, started some laundry, and helped with supper. i’m just a wee bit tired now
