we’re watching austin powers tonight 🤣🤣🤣
I was just thinking how there haven't been any really funny movies out in years. The last movie that killed me was actually the kiwi one, What we do in the shadows. Every time I watch it, I laugh harder. Have you seen this one, muddy?

Update... Well, don't have any Tony's Creole magic.... But, a distant 2nd can do this as a side dish for the fish. There never really seems to be enough "beans" in the mix for my liking....

Here's the "usual suspects" for seasons:

However, this is the majority of the "spice rack".... Some might recall in previous thread the picture of the hot sauces rack? It's in the upper left of this picture:

I'm leaning hard for a mix of y'all ideas....
[X] butter
[X] lemon
[?] cayenne
[?] smoked paprika
[-*-] ghost chili salsa (marinade test on one filet)
[?] Either the coffee rub or the caribbean rub

I have 3-4 filets to cook up. What's it gonna hurt trying this & that on one or two? :pop
we make chicken salt an use it on basically everything
we also have tony’s creole and a myriad of other spices

Chicken thighs just hit the sesame/garlic/red pepper flake teriyaki marinade. They’ll go on the pellet grill about 5-530. Having steamed broccoli and cauliflower as well as some cottage cheese.

Simple and easy.
Gag me.
You eat that chunky white puke stuff too?

This is what I use.
Is there anything that gives the kick without making it too salty? About the time I get it spicy enough, it’s like licking a salt block.
