This reminds me of a couple topics my friends have asked: they aren't chicken people:
#1 discussion about vegetables and chickens led to celery and... friend asked "Doesn't the celery get stuck in their teeth?" My response was "I have to pick really long grass so that they can floss"
#2 discussion about cow vs goat milk led to friends asking "How do you milk chickens?" My response was "Chicken tits"

I blame the fact that the slang term seems to be used specifically for a human woman's chest-lumps, whereas the word breast usually only refers to a woman's chest-lumps if the plural is used.
