I gotta say to that I thought I was losing it...what is "my hen is laying roosters" (?), and then a few hours into the day, I got it. Funny. Keep up the good work.

I know for a fact that I was the ONLY ONE ON THIS ENTIRE BOARD who didn't figure out what was going on!

My only excuse is:

I am old
I am tired
I was up half the night with a sick kid

I can't believe I asked for an explanation of that one, sheesh!!!

I think my favorite was the Pickled Pink Rooster recipe; I had tears streaming down my face reading that post! I just joined BYC last month, but already I feel like part of a close-knit family...I've created a homemade 'bator, purchased an incubator, won eggs in a forum auction, and purchased eggs from a BYC member. Thanks to BYC, I have my very own blog page! Just think, in February, I didn't even realize I needed chickens.
