Announcement Thanks Everyone! Third Annual BYC April Fools Day Was LOTS of Fun!

I read some of the posts, and thought, either April Fool's joke or another hacker playing with our heads. I wanted to post and have fun, but I rely on my computer for my job so much that I couldn't risk a worm or other computer tragedy. So, I just had to lurk and read. No posts for me yesterday. Glad we are back to normal today!

And wouldn't you know, I had a post from 21 days ago with April Fools in the title! Suddenly I was hatching BYC members!

It was fun RE-Reading some of the threads when the words were changed. Some of the egg to rooster threads were hilarious. My chicken laid a rooster! ROFLMBO and I have 24+ roosters for sale. they are from frizzle roosters and silky hens. LOL Who wants more ROOSTERS!!!! LOL Good job then posts changed to roosters and eggs were ok.

Great job guys and gals! WHAT FUN!!!!

This was a lot of fun. When I'd finally had my coffee and realized what day it was yesterday, I couldn't wait to come to BYC to see what you guys had set up for us this year! I loved it!!!

One of the funniest was the picture of Greta's beautiful eggs that got transformed into a picture of a rooster

Right away I figured it was a "byc members day" prank- but it didn't stop the hilarity.

Yeah well the truly bizarre images that resonate for me were reading the 'body-incubation' topics of women that were talking about going to work with roosters in their shirts!!!! It just seemed so messy and probably rather painful...I was thinking there had to be some sort of mischief afoot...
Then some people learned the workaround..."e g g" or some variation on that tactic. Funny to watch.

It was like everything was just 'off' enough to make you feel a little crazy, but everybody just kept on pluggin and posting away....Because you can never get TOO MUCH BYC!!!!
