Thanksgiving- What are your plans?

This is ALL homemade by my Grandmother and I don't have to cook one thing!

Meal:
*A Ham
*A Turkey
*A Chicken
*Mashed potatoes
*Green Beans
*Gravy
*Biscuits
*Fried Corn Bread
*Rolls
*Shrimp
*Cranberry Salad
*Corn on the Cob
*Deviled eggs
*I think there is more I just can't remember right now

Desserts:
*Sweet potatoe pie
*Pumpkin Pie
*Cherry Creamcheese Pie
*Chocolate covered peanuts
*Double Pumpkin Cheesecake
*Bombshell Brownies
*Homemade Vanilla icecream

My husband, his daughters and the SIL are not used to much italian food, having lived in this small corner of the country most of their lives. I can't think of an italian resturant within a 100 miles of here. I know for a fact that DH had never had lasagna before I moved here. Otherwise lasagna sounds good.

I was reminiscing with my brother about holiday meals of the past back when my mom was alive. My mom and dad would prepare the meals together. Their dinner table seated 10. Somehow my mom managed to cook a meal that would cover every inch of that table and make it look easy. To me, it's still a huge chore.

I'm going to my Aunt & Uncles house in Ohio and we're going to have our Thanksgiving football game to compete for a trophy.

And they have paintball guns.

I'm soo excited!

Oh and the food there is always delicious

On the menu is our 40lb Tom. Processed him this past saturday,is in he fridge ready to go to Mooresville,NC tomorrow. Lots of meat on that boy!

It really is. I found the recipe on a vegetarian website a couple months back.
