Totally forgot chickens can go broody for a moment 😅. Our broody breed are as follow: Cochins, Jersey Giants (7 months old, still have a long way to grow. Around 1.5 times their size), Buff Orpington (Just 1). I believe those are all that should have a high chance of going broody. I REALLY hope on of the EE’s go broody, I would love to see what would Be the end result. Perhaps extra
Fluffy hair?
You do not have Wyandotte's?

The broodiest breeds are as follows:
- Silkies and Cochins
- Orpingtons
- Wyandotte's
- Brahmas
- Easter Eggers go broody sometimes, definitely not as often. I probably forgot some.

My buff Orpingtons love to go broody! And so does my jersey giant. I thought she was an Australorp but I don't think those are a broody breed. My Cochin has, thankfully, not gone broody in a while.

Here’s some pics of the Cochins. Yes, they are the same ones from last time… and sorry for the bad pics. They’re not at the best angle

We used to have a silkie. Went broody I believe, and 2 days later some dogs broke in our garden, and um, basically destroyed everything. Including the chickens. All of them except 2 of them and the old rooster, “Roosty”. He was about at least 12 years old when he died. *He did not die from the dog attack*
