I was actually thinking of going to TSC when their chick days start and getting some ISA Browns too but their minimum I think is 6

And oh I can’t either! Lol but I want one of those things, both for chickens and maybe reptiles, but I don’t know if they’re even making them anymore, they’ve been out of stock like forever. But I want so many animals it’s ridiculous lol but some of those animals include reptiles. Like a corn snake, bearded dragon, leopard gecko, crested gecko. And rodents like rats, mice, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs.

My kids had snakes, a corn snake and an albino king snake. Beautiful things, they ate mice which was interesting to watch.

I had a little corn snake years ago. He was really neat and very friendly. I only had him a couple months though. The cat jumped on top of his cage one day while we were out and broke the screen on top. Caspian escaped and I'm pretty sure the dog ate him based on the weird gas that the dog had over the next couple days :/

That reminds me of this snake we had as a kid. I don't know what kind it was but we found the top off and the cats were licking their chops. It was a little thing at the time, maybe a foot long.

There are a few sites that have them in stock. Corn snakes and Cresties are on my list. They're adorable. :love

:gig

Well, I already have an order of 5 chicks coming from Meyer the end of April. Was thinking I should get some ISAs though lol

And they really are!! And pretty!! Plus Cresties you dont have to feed bugs lol

They really are beautiful and come in so many cool colors! I really want one but my family hate snakes lol

I had a little albino corn snake as a kid. His name was Spice and I loved him to death. I would take him everywhere with me. One time I forgot to put the lid back on his cage and he got out. I was devastated. My family and I looked everywhere and could not find him. We had numerous cats at the time so we thought maybe he had gotten eaten. Fast forward to next spring after a bad winter and Mom is outside on the porch smashing cans for recycling when she starts yelling for me. I go out and what do I find? Spice slithering out of a crack in the foundation onto the porch to sun himself! I ran right up and picked him up with no fuss from him. I was so happy!

I tell you that snake had some adventures and so many near death experiences. When he finally did pass from a freak accident a few years later it was horribly sad but we found humor in saying that death had been chasing that snake for years.
