Hi there, I also am planning a hatch in my new Nurture Right 360 and I'm wondering if the turner will work for my bantam eggs? It looks like you've hatched bantams in yours?
Yup, it works just fine, now. The eggs roll a little further, but not enough to make a big difference.
That said, I had an issue with my first Nurture Right. The turner worked fine through the first hatching, but quit on the second. At first, it confused me, because the eggs didn't look like they'd moved, but when I manually tested the turner, it moved perfectly. Then I happened to be standing beside it when the auto-turner wen on. The motor whirred, the gears made their ratchety noise, but the turner stayed put. Another manual test (immediately) produced the desired result, so we turned them that way for the rest of the hatch, but it was too late. We lost them all. What a heartbreak!
With that in mind, we are monitoring the new 'bator closely. So far, so good!

I'm in now! Assuming my eggs arrive today or tomorrow :D
You have a couple of extra days to get them in the incubator!

Thanks for the review and use tips!

Hi All.

I'd like to join just to follow along and share in the fun. I actually set eggs on 3/25 since I picked them up from the local breeder on 3/24, so I can't participate in the "Easter" deadline.

I've been on a waiting list for a year to get some Jubilee Orpington eggs. The breeder finally called me last week. :celebrate Since you never know how your hatch rates are going to be I added on a "surprise" dozen. Here's what I have in the 'bator now:

Jubilee Orpingtons (9) - most excited for these :fl
Chocolate Cuckoo Orpingtons (3)
Black Copper Marans (4)
Olive Eggers (3)
Legbar (2)
Silver Laced Barnvelder (2)
Large Foul Cochin (1)

Will be fun to see what hatches. Most of these breeds are new to me so I'm excited to see what I get.
