Dec 14, day 1: Think of 10 things you are thankful for and share them on BYC (this thread would work great), social media, to a friend or family member, or even to your chickens!

In no particular order:

1. I'm thankful that our budget permitted us to buy dinner after a long and difficult shift.
2. I'm thankful that the internet is running smoothly tonight
3. I'm thankful to have a real bathtub to soak in before bed.
4. I'm thankful to have 4 super-cool, interesting kids who are so much fun to hang out with.
5. I'm thankful to have my beloved husband and, especially, because we can work together in such a way that anything we do together turns into a 1+1 = 5 situation.
6. I'm thankful for modern medicine that manages my asthma to the point that I can mostly forget that I have it.
7. I'm thankful to be alive -- because there have been 3 times that I might not have been.
8. I'm thankful that I still have my younger boys after a car wreck last month.
9. I'm thankful that I spend Thanksgiving with family instead of in the hospital after a different car wreck last month.
10. I'm thankful for the truly blessed life that God has given me.

So you mean a whole bunch of people have these two specific emojis (and always together too) in their signatures and the thing under their usernames (forgot what that’s called) and it doesn’t even mean anything at all?? That doesn’t make much sense…

I always thought it meant something like “reluctantly agreeing to something”. For example: chicken addict
