Yesterday the news said she was awarded $200,000. This morning the news anchor "forgot" to add that she is illegal. Question: How does she qualifty for the 14th Amendment as a non-citizen?

The US Constitution applies to anyone within the country's borders. We don't have separate sets of laws for different kinds of people. The Constitution is the law of the Land. Period!

Then why do they not deport those who enter illegally? That is a law upheld by our Constitution, (Congress shall pass laws...) just curious.
