Hi Chicken/animal lovers!
Meet Carol Burnett, Harriet(BR)and Henry(breed??) I am confident I have 2 hens...but I’m pretty sure Harriet(BR) is a rooster???! Looking for input/feedback on my babies. Thankfully, they all love each other and are so inseparable. I attached pictures.
I am also unsure what kind of chicken Henry is??
And yes, Henry and Harriet may need to swap names?! I’m just crossing my fingers and toes that she is a she...

Yup. Too young to have that comb if it was a girl. Plus, compare "her" to the black pullet. (the BSL)
Also, the "BR" rooster is a Cuckoo Marans.

So, roosters can be really sweet then? Carol Burnett cuddles with me on the couch every night. Wrapped up in a blanket... and we watch our sports together.

The "are roosters sweet" question is very complicated. So yours right now is young and cuddly. He is not yet old enough to be aggressive. That could change very fast. Mine changed in an instant. Most roosters end up at least tolerating their caregivers. It depends on the training and the rooster. Some people have roosters that are their best friend. You never know.

The black female looks to be a Black Sexlink. Prolific layers of light brown eggs.
