Random Funny Posting Contest Saturday NIGHT!

Refer to map below for times, I will post the thread in the morning on Saturday to allow early posting so that it’s fair to everyone that has to work or has plans for the evening, HOWEVER depending on how many posts are added I may have to up the goal from 1500 Posts!

The funniest will be judged by number of times it's quoted or how many people claim to have lost control of bodily functions laughing so hard. Ok, I am kidding, I will use a random number generator to select winners when we reach our goal of POSTS!

RULES:

1. US & Canadian Participants of the 2013 EASTER Hatch-a-Long only (void where prohibited) Note: Some prizes cannot be shipped to Canada so we will have alternate prizes for Canadians if chosen.

1. NO "single" posting, has to be meaningful posts, images, short sentence forms and emoticons must at least be accompanied by a LOL! or a HA HA VIOLATORS will be voided if that # is chosen and another # assigned!

1. No foul language or crude humor, remember this is a family website! well I guess this counts me out
   

1. Winners will be announced on the Thread the following day. (This will give me time to generate and sort!).

1. FINAL RULE is that EVERYONE must POST a big Thank you and a funny image/joke for both Happy Chooks & nifty-chicken on the thread!

Hey Sally, Im not a natural blonde, but do sometimes color my hair that way so I have an excuse... Couple of things that I am confused about........

What do the 1500 posts have to do with? or the goal???

LOL you are silly! yes random number generator will choose winning post numbers at the end when we hit the goal number of posts,
YOUR goal is to post as much as you can until we reach our goal, be it posting or commenting to post 1500 for the best chances to win, so its a race to the end during the final hours!

I'm concerned please read!

I always check the incubator before bed and the digital thermometer is going crazy. If anyone has the hovabator genesis 1588 then you know it blinks between the temp reading, the humidity reading, and the set temp. Well I sat and watched it blink through these a good ten times. The temp reads like this 99.8, 99.9, 99.6, 99.8, 99.5!!! There is no steady pattern and once went down to 99.4. I have a accurite temp and humidity thermometer in there as well and a normal thermometer and both are reading 99. Unfortunately I don't have one that reads by point units if that makes sense, only the bator itself.

Anyone else ever have something like this happen?

Have you hatched in it already? If so, the thermostat sensor may have chick fluff on it. Mine has a yellow rectangular box next to the control unit. Get a can of air duster and carefully blow out any debris in there.

If that does not help,l call GQF Tech support.

Well... The little survivor chick that Primmy saved frostbite his feet when they got locked out of the coop. He has been walking around on hard, black, dead feet. One of them fell off a couple of days ago and I'm just waiting for the other one to fall off, but he's still running around and eating and seems to be just as happy as the rest of the young chickens, so I just can't bear to put him down... So I guess I may just have a .6 chicken.... Maybe more like .9.... We call him "Stubby" now, which is a whole lot better than "Deadfeet"....

Oh Boy its gonna be hard to play this game Ill be at a wedding most of the day and all night Is it awful that Im bummed I cant sit on BYC all day/night? I will definitely sneak a few posts in through DH iphone when no one is looking
