I burned my hand when the incubator lid slipped & fell on my hand. They should make some sort of handle or something for these things don't you think?! Geez..........

I'm not aur

There is a way to sex chicks by their feathers at 1-3 days old.  In fact just search on this site, it has pic's and is very easy.  Although I don't know if RIR is a breed that can be sexed by feathers

I don't know I just know the ones with the feathers closest to there bodies and are more even are lighter in color as well while the others are darker and most seem to have a dark line or spot on the back of there head too.
I did email the rir chicks breeder because I figure if there is a way to sex his chicks this way or any other way then he'd know.

Do they usually sell chicks at these shows? Omgsh if they do then I could be in trouble lol I'd be bringing them back by the box full!
