So far out of 46 set, I had 3 infertile and 1 that started but died. I have 2 that are still in question, dark shells and can not see enough to tell.

I have 100% fertility..Now comes the hard part..hatching 100%.

hey del, I was having issues trying to incubate shipped eggs and my own fresh eggs together because of weight loss and trying to meet needs with humidity, last batch was better since I held my own eggs for 10 days they seemed to be on track with all the others.

Well I have been so sick and then busy. Ugh. But I got a new incubator that hold 1300 eggs!! Ahhhh I am so addicted to hatching!

1300!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have certainly enjoyed reading this thread!

Can't wait to see all of the chick pics in two weeks!

Like both of you I go for toast or whatever kind of bread we have. It always makes me feel better faster. I have no idea how I'm going to fair during my testing in a few days. I can't eat or drink anything but water after midnight Tuesday and Wensday is my 4 hour test for sugar tolerance (or something along those lines that deals with gestational diabeties).

NPIP testing went well! Only problem we had was catching the games in the big pen. Everyone else did well.

I should have! It was so funny watching my dad and fiance scramble after the chickens while I stood next to the door with the next two birds in line!

Well, I just got rid of 14 eggs, 11 of the Barred Cochins, 2 Barnies & 1 Homegrown. Believe it or not it was a relief. There were so many eggs in the turner I felt like I couldn't maneuver. I was able to shift them all to the warmer side too. I'm just ecstatic that 11 Barnies are growing and 4 Cochins. It's a miracle for sure!!

most hypoglycemic episodes occur 1hr to 2 hrs after a carbohydrate meal - normally breakfast. the body overcompensated and produced too much insulin.

i get it if i have juice at breakfast i will get rebound hypoglycemia. a meal with low simple carbs - jelly toast cereal and juice should prevent it.

Good Morning all... It's a cold, rainy day here in Central IL. Did a critter check before bed lastnight and one of my bunnies had babies

She had 7 little fatties. Got another doe due in a couple of days but she's pullin fur now (silly rabbit) so I'll have to put her box in early. New ducklings are doing well, eating and drinking everything in sight! I love Spring, ducklings, chicks and baby bunnies..... what better way to start Spring than with new life.

For me it would be having a BBQ with Duck, Chicken and rabbit.... YUM
