Glad to know, and thanks for keeping me company a little while longer. So far, I've had 3 (I think) Columbian/EE mix, and these last 2, EE/EE mix. Should prove interesting. Just trying to go for colors and healthy birds of course.

I know. I have no time during the day with my kids and all of my animals.

Today proved to be too busy :/ I'm wiped out. Have 4 young kids, the hubby and the homestead to run. And we're all sick! Ugh. Excited that one of my older girls seems to be broody.... hopefully she'll stick! The weather is slowly warming and the garden is full of new sprouts! Love it. Makes all the hard work totally worth it

Same thing. Who wants to sleep when you can watch the moon?

I think my hatch is done. Wish it had gone 100%, but I have chicks, so that's a good thing!

Just got back from the post office with my chick order... but they are the wrong chicks. I have already figured it out with the hatchery and they were great and easy to work with, but I thought it would be fun if everyone guessed what they were. (although what the hatchery says they are and what i think they are is still different- so this will be a fun experiment)

I have some cream legbars in the bator. I am so excited about having them. The anticipation of this hatch is killing me.

OMG ITS Discusting

Remember i ordered those turkey eggs they where Filthy I mean looked like Packed in poop .
well today while turning the Compost one popped YUCK the smell
