Yeah its pretty steady with the temperature but I have a Brinsea Mini Advanced and one of the water pots is always suppose to be fill until day eighteen and then both of them are suppose to be filled until hatching is done, or at least that's what it said in the manual and how I've always done it.Quote:I add water at the start of hatch, then don't add any more until Day 18. Does your bator hold temp pretty steady?I think early-ish April but that would mean I would have it running the whole time and no one would be able to fill the water pots.
Ah, they'd be fine. *peer pressure* I have the Brinsea Advance too (hovabator also), and run dry hatches all the time. Mother Nature is tougher than you think.

Thanks for the answers! The breed in question is the Swedish Flower Hen. I have apparently become enemy #1 to one certain person on youtube since they keep going out of their way to insult me and attempting to troll my inbox. They've sent me several messages over the past few months that I never got since I can't find my inbox half the time.
Let's just say I got a good laugh this morning when I finally found my inbox again.
