Here's what I did tonight. I have a boatload of lemons, and I saved a recipe a long time ago for Lemoncello. I've never made it, and thought, what the heck! So tonight I started the process. I tell ya, my friends are already talking about inviting me over for dinner.

I have this happen a lot. Sometimes tracking is not updated at all until the package has arrived. Once in a great while they do get lost. Relax and go to sleep, they'll be there when you get up

And.....if you're worried about not having time to let them settle, you can always put them in the incubator big side up and don't start the turning for a day. Do candle them to check air cells as soon as you get them though, and let them warm to room temp before incubating...can't be said enough.

Yeah...USPS is notorious for that. I often have the itme in hand long before the website updates...

. The chickens I am waiting on to lay are not ready yet.
