Have you added anything other than eggs to help keep the heat steady? like water bottles rocks or anything?
Ahhh!!!! I should have thought of that! What about heating some rocks or water bottles up to 100°F before adding them?

Set: 92 Silkied Ameraucana Project eggs. (stacked layer eggs not pictured)
Whew, lots of them and more off colored eggs than I would normally set, but I'll tag them so I know who came from what color egg.
May set up to 18 or so more, not sure yet.
