got my eggs in lockdown, d/t hatch Friday!!   I really doubt any will hatch tho....alot of temp. fluctuations!

I hope i don't see any more snow until next winter.

We're forecasted to get up to 6" of snow tomorrow. I want to crawl in a hole and not come out until June. UGH... then again, we're going to Disney World May 3rd... bring on the SUN and HEAT!!! I will be the palest happiest person there! Well, besides my kids.

"Natural Egg Photo Contest!"

This contest is for photos of poultry eggs in their natural state no dying or altering allowed. The eggs can be from chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, swans, quail, guineas, peafowl, pheasants, or any other type of poultry. Use as many different types as you wish! Take photos of your eggs in interesting arrangements and settings!

With tomorrow being day 18 for me and we are going into lock down, what can I put the eggs in to keep the breeds separated as much as possible. I have 10 EEs, 11 Ameraucanas, and 11 OE, and then a few random. But I want to try to separate the OE, EE, Ameraucana's as much as possible, just for the fact the Ameraucana's are my friends. Numbers might go down after I candle, but most of the OE I can't see into them, so who really knows, same with some of the EEs. I just have a Little Giant Still Air, so not sure what I can really put in there. But starting to worry they are all going to look the same, and I really want my OE's all to myself. HeHe. So even if I just separate the OE, because I know my friend was only planning on taking 4-6 of the Ameraucanas, and maybe a few EEs depending on their color. But I want my OEs to be separate if possible.
