With loose air sacs, you don't want to turn them for 5 days or so in hopes that the air sac will reattach. Sounds like they were jostled around too much in transit, or not packed well enough. When you candled them, was the yolk intact? They could have been scrambled, and if so, nothing would develop. Is there a trick to hatching shipped Turkey eggs? I have been told they have a lower hatch rate than shipped chicken eggs but was expecting more than zero - I have set 37 from two different shippers and had one develop and not hatch, the rest did nothing at all. They had loose air cells, I set them in a non-turning Brinsea the first 5 days, then moved them to a Sportsman.
