Hmm.... Wonder what the emu ordinances are for my town?

I live in a tiny rural town in Pa... wonder what my neighbors think if I got emu. Free ranging emu... what a sight. My neighbors HATE my free range chickens. What would they think if the had an emu peering in their living room window?
