Great pics, very good side by side comparison. WOuld definitely need to see the Pita Pintas finished in the traditional manner for the full effect. I'm betting the PP have enough fat on them as it is-- I love fat, but the amt on the commercial birds is excessive. (I save all fat and use it in my cooking.)
