got the webcam up- nothing as exciting as an emu hatching but I am pretty excited. plus I can go to bed tonight without starring at the incubator till all hours of the night first. if i want to check on the hatch - i just turn on my iPod and take a peek!

Y'all deserve all happiness. Miss Maddy was so happy she squealed when I told her. She's loves when you post pics of the kiddos and calls them her friends. "Those are my fwiends, Mamaw...dem wiv in a iwand."

Day 19 here ( I set a day early because I'm an early time zone) and lockdown! I made it to lockdown with 25 out of 31 eggs. Temp has stayed almost PERFECT at 99.5 - 100.2 in my secondhand hovabator. First hatch in it ever and *SO FAR* I'm liking it!
