Another one just pipped!! A faverolle! That's #4 total. 3 of those 4 started within the past hour!!

Got serious cheeping from the hatcher tonight. They're a bit early, was expecting them to start tomorrow, but they're on their own time schedule methinks. Gotta get the boys out of the tub. They're washing off their Darth Maul faces from today. They just had to have face paint today, very necessary. LOL (He insisted on blue eyes and white horns as a variant from normal.)

I'm running about 500 posts behind, but My Gawd these children are beautiful!

Dont let them go swimming in anything they cant touch the bottom in. You can but you could risk losing another one .

We just lost another duckling for no apparent reason. The drake is in there with mom and babies. I also took out deep bowls and our on something shallow. Do I need to separate them?

I can't believe it- I woke up to five pips this morning- I nearly threw them all out- my terrible incubator has fluctuated between 108 and 94 degrees. Maybe something has survived!

I am so excited!!! I had 3 of my 7 pip yesterday and two more between last night and this morning. We're at 5 outta 7 so far...come on nature bring on the duckies!!!

Had to go to work, so have no idea what this one looks like. Grrr I want to know what color it is.
