The 5th Annual BYC Easter Hatch-a-long!

Well, GUESS WHAT!? My first broody hen to hatch something hatched out 2 of our incubated eggs and 2 of the eggs she has been sitting on. Two look like twins(mixed breed, with black copper marans in them), I have an ancona/BlackCopperMarans, and a silkie somethin.... I DONT KNOW!? It's gold and black but with 5 toes and the 5th toes arnt even attached..... (like bone wise)

Why did I say hatching? lol....lol...because I hatch a lot? I meant to say, I knew this gal was close to laying..oh brother. I must say hatching a lot!

I already stuck my foot in my mouth once, wasn't going to do it again.

I wish I had a Brahma but I don't. It's a bantam chick. My only bantams are Silkies(x3) and my Mille Fleur D'uccle(x1). I have a Mottled cochin rooster...

yeah ive seen pics they look really cute. one one hand i hope the lady does hatch out a few so i could have some but i hope they all don't hatch i don't know how my parents are going to take the idea of having 14 chickens plus ducks and turkeys wish me luck

I have another broody, if you don't want all them chicks i can take in a few.
Fact My broody just came out of being a mother and hasnt laid an egg yet but is going broody AGAIN!!! Silkies... I tell ya...
