Help please I know its not Easter but I'm new. What is this little hole in the airsac? Day 17.5 hard to tell in photo but its there.

Looks like a pore in the shell to me. Regardless, it's time to increase humidity to 55-65% and get ready for hatching.

You can lay them on their sides, or upright in cartons with the big end up. It's just a preference. If it's your first hatch, I'd say lay them on their sides.
