Aww, bummer. My Pilgrims aren't laying yet, not that I blame them with this wonky weather. I can let you know when they start but probably won't be in time for the currently qued up HALs.

Thanks! Even if I miss the HAL date, I still am looking for more geese!

my breeder has toulouse Geese if you want?
do you breed geese? im looking at your website and its very well organized! I love your birds!
The clutch I lost was from my toulouse, so if your breeder has some, I would be interested! This is my first year breeding geese - we had just been breeding ducks before this year, but I love my geese to death and want more! (chicken math - the waterfowl edition...)

Aside from keeping with the toulouse, I want to expand out to a few more heritage/rare breeds and possibly work on that painted line by pairing up some more chinese and embden birds. My daughter saw the mini sebastapols from Holderreads and fell in love at first sight, so we will likely get some full sized ones to start this year along with everyone else, and eventually move to the minis...

I'll be running my incubators full all spring and summer again, plus using broodies...
